Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Form

Please follow these three simple steps to return your merchandise.

Step 1: Please fill out and submit this RMA form
Step 2. We will email you an RMA number to put on the outside of the box.
Step 3. Ship your item to us at American Firehouse 2020 South Road Wheatland, WY 82201.
*Please allow 2 business days for us to process your request.
*Note: Credits will not be issued until we have received the returned item(s). Credits will be for full amount minus freight see below for complete return policies.

Returns

It is American-FireHouse’s goal to make exchanges and returns as hassle free as possible. Simply fill out the return form, then click the submit button and we will email you a RMA numberl. Put the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship it back to us. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date we ship your merchandise. Returned item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging and in new condition with a valid RMA number. Once an item is put into service it cannot be returned. After we receive your merchandise, we will refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive your items we normally have them processed and a credit issued within 48  hours. However it can take up to 30 days for credit card companies to post the money back to your account.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
American Firehouse has always had the goal of providing first responders with the safest, highest quality products. In the event you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please fill out the return form and click the submit button. Once we receive the form we will email you a UPS label to attach to the box and then simply drop off the package at any UPS drop off location. Once we receive your return item(s) and can verify that they shipped defective or were damaged during shipping, we will refund the original purchase price of the items, including freight charges, and then ship out a replacement item as quickly as possible.

Restock Fees
American Firehouse charges a 15% restock fee; however, in some situations the manufacturer may also charge a restock fee. If the manufacturer does charge a restock fee, that fee will not be credited back to you. In the event that a mistake occurred on our end, we will refund the restock fee, at a management’s discretion after reviewing the situation. American Firehouse will work with vendors to try and avoid any restock fee whenever possible.
 
All returns must have a RMA number. Packages without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
 
Custom manufactured products including badges, helmet fronts, custom bunker gear, and like items are not returnable.  Some manufacturers do not accept returns. And due to the cost and unique features of these items, they cannot be returned. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item. If you are unsure, please call.
 
Item(s) that are put into service or handled in any manner that creates a situation where the item is no longer like new and cannot be resold, that item becomes non-returnable. Please make sure the item(s) are what you need before putting them into service.
All returns are subject to the approval of American-FireHouse’s management, and are accepted at our discretion.
